Foot/Wall mount bracket for 6 x 6 TRUE (Mill Cut Timber)

Overview:

The "True Cut" notation is specific to "Custom Mill Work" specifications for indoor applications. Custom mill production yields an exact measurement of 6 x 6, unlike pressure treated lumber which is typically slightly smaller in diameter. 

Foot/wall mount bracket for attaching your structure to the wall, concrete, deck, or any surface you choose.

Specs:

- Arm length- 6 inches 

-Flange- 1”

-Flange mounting holes- 5/16”

-Center hole (optional mount)- 3/4”

-6-1/8” x 6-1/8” opening (TRUE 6 x 6 posts are 6” x 6”. These are not for standard hardware store 6 x 6. (We allow for swelling)

-5/16” fastening hole size for 1/4” screws.

-Hole Opening: (Inside): 6-1/8”

-Hole Opening: (Outside): 6-3/8”

Tips:

-Make sure lumber is as dry as possible. Wet wood swells and may swell too much to be able to insert into bracket.

-If possible, take a bracket with you to the store to test fit.

-All fastening holes do not need to be used. 3 on each leg is plenty to secure in place.
