What sizes do your brackets come in?
Most of our brackets are available for both 4x4 and 6x6 posts. Check each product page for the specific sizing available for that bracket style.

What are your brackets made of?
Our brackets are made from heavy-duty steel 11 gauge (1/8" thick) manufactured in the USA and built to hold up outdoors long-term.

Will these brackets fit my exact lumber?
Standard "4x4" and "6x6" lumber is often undersized from the true dimension. If your posts are true mill-cut sized rather than standard dimensional lumber, check the product listing — we offer a specific bracket sized for true 6x6 mill-cut timber.

How do I install these brackets?
Our brackets are hardware components meant to be installed following proper construction practices and your local building codes. We recommend consulting a local contractor or your building department for load calculations and code compliance for your specific project.

Are these brackets weather-resistant?
Yes, they're built for outdoor structures like pergolas, but as with any steel product, we recommend following standard maintenance practices in humid or coastal climates to prevent rust over time.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking once it ships.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship within the United States only.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, we're unable to ship to PO Boxes — please provide a physical street address at checkout.

Will my order ship freight?
Depending on the size or volume of your order, freight shipping may be required. If that applies to your order, we'll contact you before shipping to coordinate delivery.

What's your return policy?
All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll review it individually. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Can I cancel my order after I place it?
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order enters processing, it can't be canceled.
