1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from allgoodmfg.com ("we," "us," "our," "All Good Mfg."), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Products

We sell heavy-duty steel brackets and hardware for pergolas, outdoor structures, and related applications, manufactured in the USA. Product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that they are error-free.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for full details, including our process for damaged or defective items.

7. Product Use & Safety

Our brackets are hardware components intended to be installed and used according to proper construction practices and applicable local building codes. You are responsible for ensuring correct installation, load calculations, and compliance with local regulations. We are not responsible for structures built using our products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Good Mfg. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to property damage or personal injury resulting from improper installation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
